Every Astera is a limited, numbered collectible card from a named artist, won on the gacha. This page explains exactly what you're buying and what happens when things change.
What you're buying
- A gacha spin on a specific artist's drop, at the price shown before you confirm. Each spin delivers one card drawn at random from that drop's remaining numbered run — the edition size is shown on every drop.
- The card itself: delivered instantly to your collection, with its own number in the run, a certificate of authenticity, and a unique Astera ID anyone can verify.
- There are no subscriptions, bundles, credits, or other recurring charges. On iOS, spins are billed through Apple; elsewhere, payment is processed by our payment providers at purchase.
Gacha outcomes are final
A spin is a purchase of a random card from the drop — which card you receive is decided by the gacha, and every card in the run is delivered exactly as described. Because cards are digital goods delivered instantly, spins are non-refundable once completed, including when the card drawn isn't the one you hoped for. Where local law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected.
If something breaks
If you're charged and no card arrives, or a technical failure on our side interrupts a spin, contact support with your account email within 7 days. We'll complete the spin or refund the purchase in full.
Merch orders
- Physical merchandise orders are confirmed by email with expected delivery times.
- You can correct a shipping address within 24 hours of ordering by contacting support.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact support within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll replace it or refund it.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Purchases billed by Apple are refunded through Apple's own process at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Conduct-related outcomes
Purchases made fraudulently, or reversed through a chargeback after the card has been delivered, may result in the associated cards being revoked and the account suspended. If you believe a reversal was made in error, contact support and we'll work it out.
